Contact

Starring Zoe Daelman Chlanda, Robb Leigh Davis, Katherine O'Sullivan, Tom Reid, Danny Lopes, Alan Rowe Kelly

Directed by Jeremiah Kipp

This short trip into the good and the bad moments between who we are and the contacts we let ourselves experience, is expertly punctuated by the dramatic music of Tom Burns and effects by Daniel J Mazikowski then brought beautifully home by Jeremiah Kipp’s amazing talent at directing the contact between people around him.

I feel 8/10 trips

Crestfallen

Staring: Deneen Melody, Michael Partipilo

Directed by Jeremiah Kipp

The portraying of a complex story is often hard to articulate over a full feature let alone a short film, not so for director Jeremiah Kipp whom took some of life’s most difficult and pleasurable moments, and placed them in a myriad of photos and dramatic scenes intermixed with amazing lighting and colour bringing the viewer into the depth of the film Crestfallen. With life pausing moments graphically shown by Arthur Cullipher and dramatically empathised by Harry Manfredini, this heartfelt piece of drama was completed by the haunting beauty of Deneen Melody.

I bleed 8/10 bathtubs

Drool

Staring: Laura Lona, Brain Uhrich

Directed by Jeremiah Kipp

Watching the loneliness and frustrations of life’s drool only being more complicated by our connection to others, to end in the dismay of solitude felt more surreal with the melancholy musical soundtrack. Amazing work everyone involved in the production of Drool.

I drool 6/10 slimes
